Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 15 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines. Items are considered final sale after 15 days. We are unable to accept returns from all US locations.

Upon receiving your return, our support team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original and resalable condition before approving and issuing a refund. Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund, or a partial refund issued, if items are determined to not be in their original and resalable condition.

Refunds will not be issued proactively while a return is in transit back to our warehouse location, under any circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed by our support team, back to the mode of payment used at time of purchase.

 

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified.
  • Bulk or high quantity purchases.
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Final sale products, listed below.

  • Breast Pumps
  • Infant Formula
  • Nutritional Drinks
  • All Diapers (Disposable & Cloth)

 

Health & Hygiene

  • All Menstrual & Period Care products
  • Temperature-controlled products (includes Probiotics)

 

Not Eligible for Return

  • Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Bulk or high quantity purchases
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified

 

Return Requests

Contact our support team in writing to: support@shopbetter.ca while mentioning “returns” in the subject line. Please reference your order number, name of item(s) and quantity you wish to return.

A member of our team will advise on eligibility for return and next steps from there.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. If cancellation is not possible at time of contact, our support Team can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please refer to the returns policy below).

Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we are unable to add additional products or edit details of your order after it has been placed. If you’ve made an error in your order, please contact our support team immediately for best assistance.
